Paraklétos: called to one's aid

Local Love

Through altruistic practices, we make every effort to give back to the many communities we share. We strive to make a significant difference where we reside, by offering areas of volunteerism, serving the underprivileged, bringing meals to homes in times of illness, recovery, or loss, as well as hospice, hospital, and home visits. Participation in quarterly events to assist our partners in need through our work with the undeserved, is paramount in our community outreach ministry.

We consistently exemplify Acts 20:35 “In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.” This is one of the many belief systems of our center.

We are currently accepting donations of everyday necessities.

Below is what we are currently seeking:

Clothing items: New Long John Underwear, New Underwear, New Fleece Throws, Feminine Napkins, and New Wool Socks (Not Cotton)

Hygiene Items: New Toothbrushes and Travel Size Toothpaste.

Food Items: Plain Granola Bars and Packaged Crackers.

To the question, “How Can I Help?”

“Take a saint and put him into any condition, and he knows how to rejoice the Lord.” -Walter Cradock
